I had gotten a C-7 from FW salvage before. Metaphorical tears poured from my eyes. I hadn't seen one of those ******* being used in... ages. It's the greatest thing that can be gotten from salvage. The unicorn of player salvage!

Militia is cheap versions of standard gear. They are not affected by skills. They burn a lot more CPU and PG than the standard module they represent. If any change is made to break this, it'd have to be done for infantry as well.
