I really like the idea of Dust themed ship SKIN reward for EVE. With it going to PC after all, why not encourage Dust mercs who are not already playing EVE to give it a shot as well.

@BARAGAMOS Even if they change the proportion of skill points allotted to veteran players based on a new skill tree, there is still a monetary incentive to keep SP pools as a means to get vets to buy skill extractors.
