Try a few empty fits with just a suit and a sidearm. see what the suit starts at and what the CPU is after you add a side are and cheek if the Lv4 cpu is a match.

Not long finish a game of domination, I found a usable enemy uplink below ground level, like just below the surface. Not one I've seen before, was able to nade it still but, not shoot it.

I've seen this too, I've made new characters and played matches where veterans are being used. I would guess it could be a friend that creates a group and invites a vet to join them before he goes into a legitimate academy battle, maybe. !
