Considering you must use certain fits to be in, this or farming/ark will be a problem. Due to slot numbers low meta will be devoid of logistics and packed with heavys and tanks with naked pilots. High meta will be logi and assault with no heavys.

It's out of control we all know it. How bout 5 percent +\- max of 25% for isk/lp/sp bonus/penalty per round for leaving or staying? Fighting battles with half a team is getting really old.
