Iv noticed this alot lately on maps like Ashland Skirmish where he terminals are enclosed in metal,and weapons have no effect on players while they hack sometimes.

too restrictive,CCP should just have meta lvl restrictions based on the total meta level of each of your mods ,weapon and suit on a fit.
