Damage mods are only worth it for the first 2 mods. Even then, they are only mathematically superior to shield extenders if you have a high Alpha Damage/DPS weapon or a significant HP buffer.

Breach AR seems fine. Easily on par with the RR. DPS vs Range profile matches up. Same ratio. No Spool Time. Better hipfire, kick, dispersion, ect... Faster Reload. Less CPU/PG use. Less ammo per magazine.

I've actually been wrecking shop with my Quafe. It might be the more reckless behavior it allows me, but I've been getting 20+ kills regularly with it. Usually between 5-10 deaths per game, which means nothing in a suit that costs 10k ISK.
