Ask for an invite to the other teams squad, leave squad, make a square then invite the men on your team and run a war game against each other in round it should work if not join and leave battles a couple times to get out of sync with each other. ...

And if you really want to practice than que sync against each other and try challenging yourselves. Since you know each other you know each others strengths and weakness. That would be a much better way to train anyway. And you can hunt each other...
