Yeah the "Hydramembrane" that even get's from the wearer some additional energy ( sounds a little like matrix doesn't it?) I think they aren't using anykind of movement support because, well those suits are the slowest of all the middle frame suit...

I wouldn't say that, minmatar are the experts when it comes to finding a fast solution for a problem by using the things they are provided with. I would bet to you that these middle and heavy frame suits can reroute the climate system of the suit...
