Because they coded all tank movements, Forward, Backward, Left & Right Turn, into one (1) stick. They should have added another control option like an LAV, L1 is Backward & R1 is Forward & steering (L & R) on the stick.

Depends on the MAP, where some MCC are way up high Snipers will often end up with rendering problems. Also, if you're the one getting shot at, request for OB and drop it on him, To get your point across and he's got nowhere to run or hide.
