I think matchmaking tiers based on gear meta level would do a lot to help keep people around, lessen the stomping from happening right off until they think they are good enough to step into PC or FW then let them get kicked around

Anyway on topic, are you using the sights or hip firing because in close quarters using your sights is a terrible idea in this game and hip firing is more than accurate enough to hit someone strafing all over
