Logis are not necessary. They are nice to have around, but unfortunately most people do not have the capability to be a logistics player. It's mostly due to many not being able to balance out using their rep tools and their guns.

For the Scrambler Rifle 70 seems to be excellent. Seems a tad bit fast on Sniper Rifles though as I struggle to make the fine adjustments necessary for getting head shots and occasionally die because I am unable to get the cross hairs on their hea...

Hmm, I got 7 sniper head shots in a row today. Seemed rather suspicious. I may be mistaken but it seems like the Plasma Cannon is registering more often on targets. Not necessarily direct hits but splash damage wise.
