For anyone who has ever used the Burst Scrambler Pistol you will agree that there is something oddly useful about it. It barely has two magazines of ammo. It's dispersion is terrible, especially in hipfire and it kicks straight up like a mule.
Despite all that, there is something appealing and irresistible about it. Some mysteriously redeemable about it.

On paper it is worse than the Breach Scrambler Pistol. In practice however. It is one amazing SOB.

Love my CAR-9, i use it with SMG or knives. Oz got me into using it.
