So the basic profile dampeners finally appeared in my fittings. But in the high power slot, not the low slot like the militia dampener. Is this intentional?

I just ran into this exact same bug. I purchased 50 basic shield dampeners, yet I am unable to equip them as they don't appear in the fitting menu.

In the previous build I was able to damage the MCC from a missile or railgun installation. But I haven't tried since, as the XP reward was not worth the time it took or the minimal damage it did to the MCC.
