Had that aswell in the beginning. if you go into the settings of your ps3, graphic settings, then somewhere in there you should be able to change your screen view to 720P resolution, While atm it proberly only sees the what is it 512 or something ...

When i log on the first time, i must log out and back in again every single time, untill i see my bubble or i won't hear anybody speak nor can i speak myself. Its starting to get annoying, please fix this asap.
