I can't really add too much numbers wise, but one thing I would like to see is some tweaks to movement penalties correlated to added magnification on FG. BFG, high damage with terrible charge and you're locked in place so much higher magnification...

I would say it's a side effect of no matchmaking, people have been stomped to paste so many times no one wants to push and maybe lose ISK for the match even when they could likely win. Played a match like that a few days ago, reds had their "good"...
