The way I see it, purty much all the Amarr stuff is spot on. Command'ohs need some tweaking, but other than that, all of their **** should be left alone. All other races need to get their **** together and be on their level. But that's just me.

My set-up was doing it in 4 shots, as normal, but there seemed to be more HP left on it than normal. Maybe they gave more resist to installations? Or they jacked us for running a 6 man Plasma Cannon Terror Squads.
