If I press down on the D-pad to pull out the map while aiming down the sights and then pull out of my map, the weapon will be constantly aiming down the sights without pressing the L1 button. pressing L1 resets it back to normal

28. Proximity mines disappearing after death - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
I noticed that after the last hotfix that took care of AV grenades among other things, proximity mines started to disappear after death. Like remote explosives, proximity mines should be able to stay on the ground until detonation.
