This is news. While the dropsuit skills for it has to be a mistake, being able to use it with out skills for it at all is definitely a bug.

You are right, it seems to just be the engineering skill, plus the vehicle armor plating skill. I can't even use my armor tank right now. I desperately hope they fix it FAST.

I skilled up my CPU and Powergrid skills for vehicles and they are not being applied to the fits. Also Vehicle Armor Plating is not being applied to the armor plates.
