We found an issue with how districts were being processed after battle. A fix will be deployed tomorrow (Thursday) at downtime. Thanks for providing all the details, it was very helpful for tracking the issue down.

I will look into this bug, thanks for the report. You should not be able to change anything on the district until an hour after the scheduled battle start time when it properly unlocks.

We are looking into the end of match screen bug, our early investigation suggests that everyone is getting paid out rewards correctly. Just the UI is not showing at the end of match. Stay tuned for an update on this and thanks for the report.

You can check your rewards by looking at the wallet and your assets listing after the battle. From all indications so far the rewards are being paid out to the winners ok, just the UI for the end of match is not showing up.

The voice service is actually run by a 3rd party, if you can send me an in game mail to "CCP Nullarbor" with your public IP address and the exact time when it happened I can forward it to them to check through their logs. Cheers.

You are correct that the selection of server region is not always optimal but I am working on fixing that for a later build. As an Aussie I completely sympathize with "omg lag", so I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Thanks for the feedback.
