Turns out this is by design, but I agree that the behavior of this is kind of "broken-y". I've put it on our list to rethink this, see if we can make it better.

I'm assuming you're talking about seeing the Assault one on the forums. This should be tied to the forums only, this is a forums bug we are aware of and will be releasing a fix soon.

Currently you'll have to have at least 10 members in a corp to be able to create a corp forum.

Hey guys, This is to resolve naming conflict issues. There do exist EVE characters in TQ with exactly the same name as you had on SiSi. In the migration the conflicts got resolved by tacking an ID to the end of your name.
