Any chance of a detailed explanation of how the suit scanner works? The maths! I can see enemy suits pop up on the HUD before they get within suit's scanning range and I know no one else on my team has eyes on them.

Gallente MCC When a player is on top, they sometimes seem to be floating above, walking on air. Additionally, when sniping them, they cannot be hit, but are able to hit you in return. I have noticed one particular player doing this very often.
