I think everyone aggrees that remote explosives shouldn't be a one hit kill! A heavy that used a heavy machine gun (which is only effective in cqc enviroments) shouldn't be blown up by a single explosive. I don't know why tanks and dropships don't...

Yeah, I've noticed the same issues you have. I also think it feels really akward to have to jump on certain slopes while it looks like you can easily walk on them. In general these are issues that need to be smoothed out.
