Strikes are broken in general I have had strikes kill me seconds before they drop land a full Orb distance off target kill me from 40m from outside the net, and land on groups of enemies and get few kills in positions under little to no cover.

Hit the Generals up with an app Cleg we usually get at least 16 on a night and usually can field a PC team with a few people not in the match so it is not necessary absolutely necessary to play PC, not sure about Factional though.
