Honestly I ignore them and go my merry way, I've been killed a whopping total of 1 time now... Due to the new speed as well as the abundance of HAVs on both sides for every battle, it seems like HAV pilots have extremely short attention spans and will happily roll away if I stay hidden longer then a quarter second or just avoid them to begin with.

Is it a fast tank with a missile turret? If so, has it already fired? If so, then it is in the process of running someone while it's waiting for the reload of the missiles, so ignore it.

This, aside from the Amarr bit. The nerf will inevitably come, so for now I just tend to whip out my swarm launcher suit and occasionally get behind a big turret. |

Funniest thing I've seen in the game in a while.
Had a 1v1 with a tanker, in which we both kept on activating our Nitrous, and flying past each other.
Eventually, he jumped a ramp, and got some massive air, and crashed into a wall, so I finished him off.

My reaction is to lay REs or mines in the path of its possible escape route when their modules go into cooldown and watch the fireworks.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"
