Same. Has been going of for the last 30 minutes, getting really frustrating. Haven't been able to fully sign in since I got IE'd mid match earlier. Have tried quitting game and reloading and have tried resetting the entire system, nothing.

The bonus comes from the skill for the suit, not the suit itself. So if you are only running an AUR or LP suit, you will not get the proper bonus you would if you had skilled all the way up in Minmatar suits. Not sure if this is your case, but tho...
