Caldari have a scan range bonus as well, so that is 2 of the 4 scouts. They have decreased the bonus per level from 10% to 5% but increased the base scan range from 16 to 20 meters, so it evens out at dropsuit level 5 + range amplification level 5...

Yep, you slap over top your 'stick', it gives great feedback and the side to side strafing can break auto aim. But the clean up can be messy. Wow, this thread went into the crapper pretty fast.
