I've been noticing the same thing. I'd say about 50% of my grenades don't go off. I wasn't sure if I was just missing something when I threw them, but on friday someone tossed one right at my feet and as waited to blow up I watched it just disappear.

I've had the same thing happen twice this week. Wasn't too worried about breaking the thing, just really annoying to have to unplug it. This has only ever happened with Dust and only since the last build.

Getting a weird one today. In a lot of matches I couldn't fire any of my non-militia weapons. I could equip the suits with them, but the fire button just didn't work on them. I could suicide into a militia suit and fire those fine. Also I just not...
