No. The real problem is not about swarm launchers. It's about vehicles not having any PRO variant. AV weapons goes from MLT to PRO but LAVs, HAVs and Dropships only have a STD base. That's why most vehicles feel useless and fragile now.

+1 for radius un-nerf. A scout with no ability to scout is not a scout anymore. But again, with a non-functioning scanning system, the scout is dead now. Except maybe as a light assault. No need for 2nd equipment though (according to me).
