ROFL at your Minmitar Protofit, My Amarrian AK.0 will completely destroy that xD Try an Amarr Ak.0 with 751 armor and with 20 Armor Reps a Second. That suit can literally fit any Proto/officer light weapon there is.

The numbers are subject to change, and couldn't this this tool be further configured to just jump-start peoples shields then ? There would still most likely be a cool-down but the numbers could be adjusted so they do actually boost peoples shields...
