To me it does work but faintly, it is not as pronounced as it was before, perhaps so that the enemy doesn't know you're been repaired??

It is ridiculous how the Militia Assault Riffle is so OVER POWERED! It makes no sense in having prototype gear if you go down with three to four shots... I can stand against a 3 people shooting at me with a GEK-38 and they go down and a Duvolle I ...
