Yes, and every time I get them that sound bothers me. It's ok with other weapons, but when I have may laser beam fixated on your head for awhile already making normal sounds, then BOOM the headshot sound, it's just a little weird.

This idea has been brought up several times, and the argument I hear in response is always the same: The SP boosters are most attractive to players with low SP, so why should CCP essentially give it to them for free? I'm not saying that's my view...
