When i stack my first ward shield passive resistance mod i only get 13.5% resistance instead of promised 15%, But i also have 10% shield resistance on all my vehicles... |

0.85*0.1=0.085 good day sir.
0.15+0.085=0.235 or 23.5% resistance. |

Yes i do have a skill that gives me 10% resistance but i still didn't stack any so why the fk am i getting a penalty... |

resistance is applied based on how much can be done(%wise) after stacking penalty.
say they made a module that has 50% reduction to damage so the next thing is to be applied was the 10% from the skill so no penalties applies it would only give 5% instead of 10% |

Bug, game see your "10%" as a module, and add stacking penalty to shield ward module with is in fact the first one. |
