lol this isn't happening. QG is just trying to repair crap morale. You'd be declaring war on EoN if you even tried. That would mean Teamplayers who have kept you in the game would be working against you.
Seriously - are tacticians just non-existant in STB? |

Gods Architect wrote:Ha well I wish I can give a Day 13 update but from the look of things aint sh't happened. So im assuming nothing happened today, but I hear some nice NF dudes might have some info on todays events STB is trying to make secret alliances and play the meta now before making more moves. Sadly they should learn that they can't trust anyone for info leaks easy ;) |

Gods Architect wrote:Sounds like a sad story
Your morale has been improving with NF pulling out of PC. Still - you guys have made no real effort in public to repair your damaged reputation so you guys are putting it all on the line in your next campaign - which QG has already declared will be re-taking SVER Prime. And with back-door deals it may come to fruit since the rest of us stopped caring. NF basically officially stopped giving a damn and with Ill Omens and TeamPlayers backing STB with the promise of ISK and good battles - you'll probably win.
You just have to hope League of Infamy doesn't show up. |

Gods Architect wrote:Well there you have it folks if all that is true then that's day 13 for ya Day 13:
"Sir!" Came the repeated call through explosions and dirt rumbling. The trenches were holding the NF artillery and counter-offensive with mercenaries were finally proving successful - but there were always more then it appears and Alan wanted everyone at there top game, shouting out orders to each division to check and repair lines and ammunitions. "SIR!" Came the cry again. "Sir! Report from HQ! We're too fall back!" The man wasted no time to salute and caught his breath soon as he finished speaking. "Catch youself, ensign." Alan said not giving him a look, giving the hand signal for troops to switch stations. The ensign, tired, panted as Alan fast paced his way to the main control room dug in from the ground and fortified with installations.
As they entered the dim lit room Alan took a seat in front of a large table with 2 maps laid out with marks and objects placed all around. Officers of his camp busy doing there duties "Tell me the full story, slowly."
The ensign panted as he tried to take breath, "Sorry, command... er . My ship was taken down and... we had to run our way here. But to deliver such a report to you in glory of SVER motivated me to run the entire way." Alan grumbled, Anti-Air was suppose to be down as the skies were to fall to stalemate, Teamplayers advances had proven effective at stalling NF armor. Something was wrong, but he ignored it. "Good job, you're a true SVER Blood. Now - your report?"
The Ensign finally remembered to salute as he awkwardly stood up. He tried to put strength and pride behind it as he gave his report in this stance. "All troops but selected divisions are to fall back and give ground to mercenaries - we're making a push back to our homeland!"
Alan looked at him as if he hadn't said a word and was still waiting. "Ensign, was that all? We're barely holding here and you expect me to believe we're already headed back to take our home?" The ensign looked lost for a reply, with his back straighten and he stiffened his salute pose. "I do not lie commander - this comes directly from High Sver Command." Ensign takes out the emblem to prove his messenger status.
Alan takes the emblem and examines it. "Hmm," Alan began then turned it around in his hand. "Let's see what it says, care to watch?" Alan smiled wickedly. No one but ranking officers ever got to witness what the emblems true purpose was.
Alan stood up and walked into a back room where his own private quarters' were and took to sitting in front of the desk positioned to take up most of the room in the middle. He liked making people un-comfturable if he had to speak to troops here - and giving them little space to move was one of many ways he played his mind games.
He took out a key from the side of his proto-heavy suit belt and unlocked a drawer - taking out a small device with the emblems shape in the middle. "You're about to get a little treat, but I suspect I already know what this is going to say from what you've already said. Take a seat." He pointed to an awkward chair that didn't look like it was meant to be sat in long. A picture of a devil slaughtering peasants hanged above it.
Alan placed the emblem on top of the device - a man holo-appeared on top. "Commander Alan Funrose, your orders are to hand over all defenses to TeamPlayers mercenaries and meet up with our main forces near section 15, there we will begin operations to secure resources. You will be in charge of all supply lines and troop maintanance. Normally we have a staff - but we're short handed and can trust few. You will depart in forty-five hundred hours, so take your time organizing the defenses here for the mercenaries.
Bring only tested and true divisions and leave behind the rest. They'll catch up with us later when we establish a foot hold in our first campaign mission. Details on operatives, structure, supplies, and stock will be sent to you via your arrival. High command - out."
Alan picked up the emblem and tore it. "Trust, huh?" Alan smiled - he had awaited for this day. "Say, ensign, how loyal are you to SVER?" The ensign stood up as before and stood firmly in salute. "My life for SVER!"
Alan smiled and unholstered his scrambler pistol, examining it again. "Do you know the rumor that if you keep your weapons in top shape your chances of surviving are 10 fold? Silly to say, really. All weapons should be kept in tip-top shape at all times, they're your life blood on the battlefield and the only thing you can honestly trust." Alan quickly points his gun at the ensign and fires - no sound was made from the pistols silencer built inside - new NF technology, the ensigns blood smeared over the bottom half of the painting where the peasants were dying. "but loyalty should be constantly tested."
Alan stood up and entered the main room where his officers were at work - "All hands - we're pulling out completely immediately. Give no time to stragglers and leave no supplies behind."
High Command had been given mis-information about the situation on this line for a while. What they understood was all his lines were holding barely - the truth was NF forces were only making a show of things. Alan hadn't expected Teamplayers to be so effective - but if there reports of Anti-Air was wrong it means he's not the only mole around. Oh well, he said to himself. On to the next battlefield. But first he had to take care of the men who came with the unlucky ensign. The shipped didn't make it - and he never got the report. He knew his men wouldn't say a word out of fear of his cruelty. Alan laughed to himself as he left his camped and made way to where the poor souls would be resting. |
