we should give it 3 days for earlier feedback and 1 week for solid feedback, it is also expected for day 1 feedback (it will happen) is kept to 1-3 threads not 100, there's many feedback subjects that need to be here and you can still get numbers while getting a broader spectrum of view points, it also keeps good comments from drowning in a thread that dies, so yes, IT DOES HELP YUO TO! but I still say do expect to get better results form you role by adjusting to it, 3 days and 1 week are good numbers but that doesn`t mean you shouldn`t give day 1 feedback, just take in consideration you might be doing something wrong and there could be an advantage to be found elsewhere in the role. |

This is the best time TBH as we are fresh from the last build and have the most to compaire with this build. Our SP is here and everything. Will still give feedback day to day, but don't write this day off at all. |

Given where some posters' heads seem to be located right now, no wonder all they can see is poo. 
OP is correct, feedback on balance is premature.
Feedback should be confined to technical, UI, informational, and performance issues for at least a few more days until we see how the build plays out.
Feedback should also be posted in the Feedback/Request forum. |

pretty sure I was detailed to the point of being redundant, this happens a lot, people are quick to judge but miss things that go to their benefit, a lot of things have changed and if you whine for something that might not be broke then what good is it? 3 days gives you a clear head and decision opinions for all the information that is taken in from major updates. |

Not sure about that, your talking to players that have anywhere from 7Miill-13 Mill SP and maxed in the path they not only want to go but spent 3 months being in before this. I have went through this situation from the start of the E3 build to now and it has been the same community for a year. Nothings changed and they will keep to what they are saying.
Now I will ask both Noobs and Vet in a few days of their thoughts by then to be fare tough. |

I would be in that vet group btw. I was just saying that forumers are also hurting themselves and ignoring their responsibility on giving feedback and giving ease of info tot he devs by doing this without a clear head but more of a hasty one. |

I think you may be confused. Feedback has it's own subsection. This is general discussions. Feedback = input for CCP General Discussion = community chatter.
It's just that GD is the focus point for this community and CCP should keep a better eye on it - but to expect something from general discussions other then general discussions is weird xD |

Okay - let me spell it out your own actions. You're in General Discussions saying we owe it to ourselves and for the sake of feedback to basically chill out for a while until it's calmed down and true feedback can be given.
But you see - this is general discussions. A free place to say as we please about the game. Yet what you propose is the exact opposite and probably in the wrong section.
If you meant this post to reflect Feedback section then you probably should mention so. or I missed it |

MOST balance feedback is premature.
There are bugs, glitches, mistypes, whatever's causing vehicle skills not to apply, etc. Those are major and definitive.
I've taken the lowest-tier Shotgun in the game on a Standard Gallente Scout suit (Dragonfly) with none of the passives the suit is meant to have and minimal passive shield/armour buffs, and I've still been able to stand still in front of a Heavy and damage-race his HMG. I was trying to suicide, but expecting an Assist as I went down. Instead, I got a kill that should never have happened because I was face-to-face with one of the toughest suits in the game, and I was running one of the weakest. I don't need another 3 days, or another week, to know that's completely wrong. |

I was referring to the feedback section though, this can`t be posted there though so I had to post it here idk why your complaining about that it makes perfect sense for it to be here and I wasn`t referring to the general discussions but rather the feedback, you can see my pre Uprising posts defend that its fine in general so its not something that should surprise anyone. |
