Okay, so currently when a Merc is running around he has no way of telling if a nanohive is a Repairing nano or not. Can we get the (R) variant of Nanohives to be a different color? Maybe Green? currently all nanohives are blue. Seeing one Green would quickly point to people that this will repair your armor. if not green can you make the shield looking thingy have some + symbols on it?
something needs to make the (R) hive stand out on the battlefield.

your talking about the icon on the mini map as well, right? i agree with that too. the mini map also needs to have something reflect. i was talking about just running around, i didn't even mention mini map changes. thank you Paran for more great feedback on this! |

The icon of the (R) nanohive is different than a standard nanohive.
It has a small first aid cross beneath the ammo symbol.
If you know what to look for its pretty obvious. |

thank you, i did not notice this, i just started playing with them. but i also notice no one ever uses my hives when they need armor. which is why my original post stated to make them also a different color or make the shield thingy have something identifiable as well. people seem to just run past them, if the mini map already has a difference from regular ones, this is perfect, now we just need to make the actual nano hive look slightly different as well. thank you Unit-775 |

miss ya last night, i should be on tonight though.
also, i have noticed the mini map, it does have a lil + under the ammo icon. now if we could just get the actual hive to stand out a lil when running around the field. (sadly) not everyone pays attention to the mini map :/ |

Best guess, it's a beta thing. They'll have a prime opportunity to fix it when they do their pass for "invisible" nanohives tho, so hopefully we'll see a fix for both coming soon  |

Quick Codex bump.
I have yet to skill back up to advanced hives in Codex but for everyone who does/will please continue to post your feedback here. If the issue persists within Codex it's important we not allow it to sink into obscurity.
Also it'd be interesting to find out/figure out how the hives interact with the new scan profile system implemented in Codex.
If anyone has or gains information regarding this please post here as well so we can keep our feedback on this issue as constructive as possible.

I made a post about this last build as well.. posts get buried so quickly here 
Anyways....
Last night while playing, I managed to get a screenshot of the Legend Loading screen (yes there is a legend loading screen - I even took a picture), and the Nano-R's do indeed have a '+' on them, but it is super small. I had to get about 2 feet from my TV before I saw it clearly.
Im skilling that tree up to see in the Nano-R's look any different visually. |

Playing with kids in the background = fail. As you can tell by the name, I've been down that road a few times. |

Good to know the legend is unique now, we'll have to keep an eye on it to see if the font size etc needs a tweak to maintain (establish?) usefulness. Planning to skill into them myself this build but for some reason it's taking me awhile to get there 
so I'll report back later when I have the chance to use them.
