It's been done before, there are many on Youtube so It's not going to be on the same plane as the Ion Pistol video.

Like I'm supposed to be amazed when you can kill multiple opponents or enemies with ease .
I'm just saying , most of the vids that I see is filled with players using PRO weapons .
Just don't believe that I've seen some with players using militia , STD or ADV weapons .
It's a good vid and all but I just get tired of seeing vids of players killing militia and STD suited players or someone gets 20 to 30 kills with a BRN-50 FG , 30 kills with a Thale , Ishii or Kal sniper rifle , Kal RR's , Six Kin CR's and such .
To me that's not amazing and I challenge you YouTubers to change your game and make vids without PRO suits and weapons .
This is not a knock on you OP but just a challenge to all who make vids , just stop using PRO .
It's not amazing to see that .
One Shot kills will happen with the plasma cannon no matter what tier you use.
As you saw in that video the vehicles I was going up against were Pro and ADV tier save for the LAVs.
So the video would not be dramatically different if I used a standard one except against the ADV and PRO tanks.

Edit : Your not the only person who had knocked someone out of a DS with a PLC , just to let you know that .
I do that on a reg and with a STD PLC .
I really didn't take that personally but now you are really coming off as smug.
Like, I didn't even bring up dropships at all or talk about me being good hahaha.

To be honest I would not recommend it.
The only reason I didn't get the El Gato 2 is because it doesn't work with ps3 since the ps3 uses encrypted HDMI.
If you can get your hands on the 1st generation El gato or something better I would.
But that's just for streaming.
When it comes to recording it does pretty well. I have no issues with it.
Now my set up is confusing since I stream and high quality record at the same time and I'm working around a lot of stuff because the HD PVR2 is crappy for streaming. This is what I do:
I have a gaming laptop (you need a laptop that has a decent CPU) and a secondary monitor hooked up to it.
On my laptop which has a 1080p display I blow up the HD PVR2 window that's recording everything and just leave it there in fullscreen.
Meanwhile on my secondary monitor I've shoved everything over there and on that I have OBS open on it to allow me to stream with my own specified settings.
The settings I have in OBS allows it to screen capture the laptop monitor that is getting information from the HD PVR2 in fullscreen which allows in game audio and chat from microphones to come through.
The only side affect about this set up is that you can't hear your own Microphone from you but that's an easier fix than trying to get other peoples voices through to the stream.
To get your voice on there all you have to do is get a secondary microphone (I have the Blue Yeti microphone) and have OBS capture your voice from there. Then play around with the audio delay setting to get your voiced timed up perfectly with video.
I'm still new at this and there's probably a much easier way to do this but this is what I have.
