They just need to tone down the heavys turn speed, then they may be balanced. Maybe an exception for minheavies.

They are supposed to be based off of speed/regen so,wouldnt it make sense?

The combat rifle was broken. The HMG is not. Why dont you try to stay at a 60m+ range from it? then lets see if its op.

Not the point,Im just saying the minmatar have the fastest dropsuits so wouldnt it make sense if the minmatar heavys didnt get penalised by it?

But the Amarr are considered the slowest, yet display the capacity to build things that are faster then something the Minmatar might design. Don't you think all the factions would have the capacity to build a Sentinel with a turning speed on par with the Minmatar. More over how do you justify that as a fair gameplay mechanic?
Cause its minmatar.

When I play as a heavy people throw themselves at me, most of the time the morons either stand still or squat.
You cant beat a heavy one on one within his range, unless you are a decent player then its easy kill time.
I swear these new heavies are bad and anyone co plaining about them being overpowered needs to step up there game.
I will crush heavies in my logi or scout suit.
Maybe we need to give you all a lesson in killing heavies before we decide to nerf them again.
First and most important lesson in taking on a heavy
"NEVER straife him side to side!". Why? Because you cross his killing stream each time.
Solution! commit to one long circle staife if you started strafing first he will never be able to catch up. A head fake small side to side will give you an even larger lead. I can win with a gek most of the time doing this however a better gun makes it laughably easy.
So go try this and watch the heavy tears roll in.
It tasted great.
