Is it still bugged where you can basically get Python or Incubus 10 as opposed to 5 in the gunner seat by having two maxed pilots in the ship?

You should edit this quote into the OP or restate the OP so that way it's more clear to people that this is what you mean, as it's kind of tough to tell with how it's currently worded.
This has to be fixed, as a dedicated dropship pilot I have always found this to be both completely broken and total bullshit.

I hope you're just intentionally being stupid. It means that instead of getting 50% RoF boost, the side turrets get 100% RoF boost.
This is broken.
Honestly, this feels like something Judge should investigate and make a video about if his tests conclude that this in fact is still happening. If don't have my mic with me for at least a few more weeks so while I could try to get the footage, I couldn't really portray it too well.
