I went 39-10-0 and we still lost. It's sad to be that awful and manage to drag your team down I didn't even want to look at the bottom of the leaderboard to find those reminiscent scores of 1-14 and 0-15 you see frequently amongst blue berries.

Been there, done that. Sometimes the blue anchor is too heavy to overcome.
That said, I'll take the ones that just suck over the ones spinning circles in the redline or the MCC any day of the week. |

I know the feeling, as do many scouts, I would imagine.
Sometimes i take objectives as quickly as I can reach them, yet my team loses them faster than I can take them.

I have wondered if it is only scouts who see the blue turn to red and muse, "Am I the only one who cares?"

My best game, that I can prove with pics, of 52/1 we lost and I was the only one who went positive.

What I find galling is the almost utter lack of matches getting turned around. You can work yourself to a frazzled sliver, and the MCC just keeps on melting like birthday candles, because guns.

Getting good scores doesn't necessarily carry the team, if you play just to kill you'd still lose in a stacked match. I've seen it too often with bunches of pro players with big names depend on simple slaying to get results.
While real teamwork trumps my dictator strategy, I particularly make efforts to coordinate my blues. If you see them as mindless slaying lemmings, then fits that work to constantly replace uplinks to control their movements and hacking mods to push for an actual victory ensures a higher rate of success than joining in the slaying.

True. I guess it's partly my fault for not dropping uplinks but I sincerely try to win... But this happens:
We take homepoint, I go to A and take it. We lose homepoint. I go back to homepoint and take it. We lose A. I go to city and take it. We lose homepoint. I go to homepoint and take it We lose city.

I can't be everywhere at once Don't you just love a merrygoround with points constantly flipping back and forth. I primarily play Dom solo because it's like ambush with 3x the clones and you can just defend one point without trying to cap a point to get ahead and lose the one you were defending.

You know, part of the core skills of being a good tanker is knowing when to just let go and know that the universe cradles your little tank in its loving tentacles, and all will be well if you just trust.

To the randoms, you're a random too. A random in an indestructible safety-pod with cannons on it who can't be bothered to get out and hack an objective. Maybe tankers should have someone else hold the DS3 while they play, because callouses are a nuisance.
