Sort of. I was sure I had a clear line of sight on you initially, then you jumped forwards. I was able to hit you twice before the reppers kicked in....but was foolish to think I could engage you after my hardener went down....which I did. And since you have a proto blaster, with hardeners the rest was history.
But yeah you out played me on that one. I'm not a shield tanker, I do armour tanks as well, just Gunlogi as good sniper fits.

Yeah I'm not sure if I want to put any more of my refunded SP back into HAV. 6 million seems like enough right now to destroy most enemy HAV. I have about another 2-3 in unspent, and if infantry is getting a respect a further 6 million in infantry skills.
Neither of my HAV are optimised fits. Merely what I could afford to make after the 1.7 changes to tanks....and I don't intend to skill any further into HAV until Amarrian HAV are released.
