With a base bonus of 1.1 and suit skills and hacking to lvl 5
Am I correct that it will add to roughly +70%?
(1.71875 to be exact)

No, it isn't.
While I'm not 100% sure how the bonuses are applied, no method comes anywhere close to 70%
1.1 * 1.05^5 = 1.403
1.1 * 1.25 = 1.375
1.1 + 0.25 = 1.35

min scout 5 (+25%)
hacking 5 (+25%)
25% + 25% + 10% = 60%...
1.25 x 1.25 x 1. 1 = 1.71

The later multiplicative math is more commonly how bonuses are figured in Dust/EVE.

Man! I could hack objectives in about 6 seconds as Minlogi with Hacking V and a complex mod. Getting this inherently on a scout that can cloak is a wet dream.

So happy I already spent the time to train Min Scout 5 as my secondary. With that extra low slot I may just run a complex codebreaker for that lighting fast hack.
