LvL 1 = 1 Kill Lvl 5 = 5 kills LvL 10 = 10 kills. (Entirely Reasonable). Those who are at a much higher level should be better players to have reached that and know better than to kill but are given adequate warning if it accidentally happens. Also Team Deploy.
