Thats why this event is absolute fail. say Teamplayers and Ancient exiles choose Caldari, Nyian San and ....lets say outer heaven choose Amarr, that makes winning even one FW for galente and minmatar borderline impossible. Well Gals and minnys have Carbon 7 and D3ath D3al3rs or something like that. And I think a bunch of guys from EoN are going minny anyway to get those suits.

Only if you can lose/fail after you are assigned a team. Being assigned to a team of disorganized scrubs who don't use comms is losing before the match starts.
Let's face it, the current matchmaking system strongly favors organized teams with comms and high level equipment (at least 2 out of 3 of these, anyway). These teams are far, far more likely to win than the disorganized team of lone wolves and scrubs who make up a big part of the pickup matches.
Heck, a good team could do most of it in a weekend.
In summary: You can fulfill all of the requirements for all of the tiers for all of the races faster and more completely if you play on a team that is already predisposed to win a lot. Otherwise you are just providing WP for OBs for the other team.

Unfortunately the stomping will persist. The only thing you can do is attempt to Q sync with other squads. Stuff happens. Yeah that really was bad wasn't it. Subsonic really brought it to the table. I was glad to see them there. Though you have to admit. We need to break out of this broken FW contracts system (unless CCP tells me otherwise I can only assume that's the case).
Yeah I knew we were pretty screwed as soon as I saw the team list.  |

Hey I want people to know PIE was stomping Minmatar before Team players came to relieve the pressure, and since then I have gotten to know so many cool EoN players.

RestlessSpirits, GUTZ, and some other Matari FW corp.
3 Squads 1 blueberry on the other team.
