I already run and gun with the blaster fit, but it does get down to second guessing infantry movements at such a low level of lifetime SP. Railgun is a no brainer, i have a maddy fit for it, but why bother, the sica shield tanks allowing for heat vents and damage mods in the lows, if i get down to 1/4 shields i back off and boost. It's boring as hell rail sniping (fairly much never redline... the angles are all wrong on most maps :P ), but "its a living", and an honest one at that... LLAVs and LAVs are my staple diet unless someone is fool nuff to call in something more expensive...(learnt long ago that calling in a RDV on a match in progress is silly unless you are faaaar back in your redline.. specifically if there is a rail gun tank of tower camping FG somewhere on the map.). so to answer your question: hopefully running tanks is less "making a living" and more "engaging and fun"... for a tanker. I know quite a few AV guys and every time one gets the scent of blood i kinda feel bad for the guy they are chasing, if resists and armor plates/shield extenders get a buff then at least it won't be a turkey shoot. These are my thoughts anyways.... or hopes... or dreams... :) .. see how it goes, i notice that they are rolling out the changes slowly.
