Hey guys.
I've had a Hauppage HDPVR for a while, but I just now got a headset with a pink cable for PC input. I have a few questions about setting it up though.
Which stream program works the best for the lowest cost? I've heard about XSplit, but I would love to know if there are others.
How do I stream my voice as well as my teammates' voices and game audio?
How do I make sure I have good video and sound quality on the stream?
Any other tips or input would be great. Thanks! |

I a pretty sure that the program that comes with the hauppage can also be used to stream, also just select your mic as audio input for the stream. plus for viewers to hear you talk you need to change the voice output to system default device. also put your regular soud output to hdmi and turn on audio multi-output.
And if the standard program does not work for you , you should look into OBS or Xsplit.
you know where to find me for more questions |

JW got it right about the audio settings. Just make sure your doing the out-put setting on your playstation (its the one that make voices come out your TV and not your ear peice)
I use X-Split because its cheap, easy and has a **** load of options. Plus it records to your Comp and broadcast at the same time. Once youre up and running Ill get you the broadcast key that will allow you on the MPX channle and will chat about maybe sposoring your X-Split in a month.
Ill be around the next few days if you need more help |
