ok i got a serious question...
with the new console launching in "november" i will change my online ID cause it's time for a change, will i be able to TRANSFER my DUST character in the new ID???
second there is no information about if DUST will continue to PS4 as to give me a clue or plan as to how i will continue the game or end it if it stays only in PS3 cause the current gen console will suck big time after november ;) |

how so?
the PS3 hardware won't change suddenly, just because there is a PS4 available.
You are just bragging about owning a console which isn't even on the market yet.  |

Initially, no, you wont be able to play dust on ps4.
There is an attempt to allow you to play through Gaikai, though not initially.
Eventually, there'll have to be a port to ps4 |

I don't know why people are so certain that Dust will even be on PS4 when they are having enough trouble with it on PS3.
If it's a direct port then what's the use,seeing that the graphics probably won't be that much better(hopefully better framerate though)? If they have to rebuild the game from scratch,well there goes another five years of console development.Sorry,but I will be playing Destiny,The Division,and whatever other AAA titles that interest me.

Dust wont be on ps4 for a few years.... Even by then i'll have a ps4 too, and a lot others.......
and transfering? youll probably have to pay real money if ccp allows it, which would be what eve does with transfers. |

Our account information is tied to our psn accounts if there ever was dust 514 on ps4 this SHOULD transfer when logging into the Tranquillity server through the ps4 |

The PS4 to me seems to be "social media, social media, pictures, your friends taking over your games, you taking over your friends games, social media, streaming."
Enjoy Netflix on what's supposed to be a gaming console. |

Why not keep an extra account on your console? I keep my old PSN account around to collect passive SP so I can test things out before I actually spec into it. |

If CCP wants to make a Ps4 version of Dust, it will still look like the ps3 version. If CCP makes the game better on the Ps4, people will whine about how CCP only cares about the Ps4 players and not the Ps3. As for your account why not make a new one and keep the old one? I doubt CCP will be able to change your character to your new account, since everyone else will ask the same and might cause some in-game issues.
As for your username add some xX(name)Xx, quickscope, killa, 420, a popular character/actor name, and maybe use l33t in your new user name. It will make you popular.  |
