The murder taxi is only a problem with the llav's. The free ones were a joke with a level or two of AV equipment. No idea why CCP removed them tbh... Forge guns are fine. Redline sniping isn't a problem either. Set up a sniper fit and counter snipe. I know a few guys that go after the proto/officer snipers with a passion. Fight fire with fire or something... The redline itself is there to give both teams an area to work out of if the match turns ugly. And don't break your controller, that s*** costs REAL money to replace. And above all else: Just breathe, it's only a game. |

Most the time I would welcome the little battles where people came to get me. I had such memorable battles on the big hill. You knew when they sent heavys up the hill that you were getting on their nerves. Now with the redzone so huge snipers never show their faces. I just want to kill them.
I used to snipe all the time in the other builds too but I usually had shot gunners coming after me. Never worried about heavies at the time... I guess my point about all this is, honestly not trying being a d***, everything has a counter man. I hate murder taxi's too which is why I spec'd Swarms and grenades and am about to spec into demo. I put everything else on hold because of them. And more than a few vehicle users have paid the price for the murder taxi drivers. (Not so much the good vehicle users though) I wholeheardedly disagree with removing the redline in pubs and FW if for nothing more than giving the casual (re: most) players somewhere to spawn into on the ground when they're getting stomped. As far as forge gunners go I've only had a problem with one or two guys but it had nothing to do with the gun, it was all that players skill with thier weapon and suit build and positioning. (not tower top forge sniping either, thats easy enough to avoid or suppress) Maybe it's just me, I don't know. Just trying to give a bit of perspective. If you want, find me in game I'd be more than willing to squad up and discuss stuff. |

Explain to me how players aren't expected to use towers in the redzone with ladders going up them- especially the structure that looks like it's specifically for sniping. I am in agreement with all of your gripes. I didn't say this is exactly how it should be fixed. I merely stated that I should be able to get to anyone at any given time if I choose to. You guys don't provide any other ideas just that mine are stupid. So if you don't like mine add your own ideas or don't post. I bolded my suggestions. I underlined why. What gripes had I stated? And precisely when exactly did I say yours were stupid? If you had read my second post I didn't say anything to either effect. Here let me help you out:
