I would believe that everything you've said except for the Minmatar heavy is gonna be in the next update, all we've seen is concept art for the Minmatar heavy

First shot is a dud to announce your presence, second shot is plagued by hit detection issues, and the third shot blows up in the barrel, instantly killing the user. It's kinda like having the whole PLC experience summed up in two or three seconds.
