Hey there CCP guy whose idea it was to give these away. What's the point of this give away? Are you trying to tell us Scouts something on the sly -- to skill into Passive Scanning and Dampening perhaps?
Because I'm sure you're not telling us to sacrifice Shield Extender, CardReg, KinCat, Armor Rep mods, basically our survivability, to put on these Scan Range, Dampening, and Precision mods. Modules used to bolster a Passive Scanning system that isn't working as intended at best, and broken at worst.
I apologize, at this point in my Dust career, I have nothing but cynicism and sarcasm left. 
I need enlightenment. |

The free suits suck. They were incredibly slow and WHY OH WHY was the main weapon an Assault Rifle ?!?!? I noticed the Scout reward for Mordu's Challenge also included an AR. *facepalm* Wow... awesome. I had to add REs to even be able to use the damn thing. When they were gone I went promptly back to using SMG/Novas and stabbing Snipers. Much better that way. |

Yeah, I could replicate this fit pretty easily so I didn't bother using the free suits (but I appreciate having them.)
I use AR with most of my scout fits though.... I guess to each their own. But of course, I *used* to use the shotgun way more often.... |

Right? Even when you look into the history of these 'challenges' most of the rewards are Scout gear. What I don't get is why they keep giving suggestive rewards or give-aways that encourage trial of the Scout Suit, when thread upon thread can be found here from Scouts asking for some Dev love.
They at least get points for consistency.

All it takes is one jerkwad thinking the **** is legit and buying 200 of them to turn a profit.
Let's sample the good stuff.
Yet-to-be-released goodies and Officer weapons loaded up on the hype wagon.
Hype is supposed to attract positive attention and suggest use of a product.
CCP, need some marketing help?
Will trade ideas for Boosters. Work will cost money.
