You're not indie. You're part of an alliance that owns (Or should I say, owned :3) a whole planet, with over 1200 members, and has 12 Corps. Where do you get the idea that you're an indie corp?
The way that battle went, they have the skill of an indie corp.
Really, you guys got redlined in a PC match? It was so bad that I ACTUALLY had to drop an orbital under the MCC. Explain the for me "Top" men |

So i know what i am doing. i don't care about fear. like i said for the cake. i only want some fun PC. along with the ringers i bring. :D You might have played in them, but directing & leading them is another story. And really, stop with this "like i said for the cake" bull ****, because i knew this entire thing wasn't actually a joke from the moment it started, so start acting like an actual corporation leader and begin to recruit good players, start a forum where you guys can communicate (4 members on a forum wouldn't have much of a point), and actually use your own leadership to make your corp take districts by using their own corp members. If you keep relying on your ringers constantly, your corporation will be nothing given a few months.
Bro, are you actually telling us how to run the corporation. You think everybody are tryhard fucks about PC like you and your circle jerk of an alliance.
You need to take your "Top" men and start trash talking to corps "on your level" because you know if you attack us you'll just get red-lined. Again.... |

XD and we have 4 ppl along with ur 4 ppl. XD We didn't have only 4 people, and as you must have known, we had literally 9 battles going on all in the time-span of around 5 hours. You really should stop using "we" when you talk about the district you attacked, because over the majority of those players in those matches ringing for you aren't ever required to be loyal to "murder cakes" because you don't really have an alliance, they are just your contacts that you spammed for back-up. No contracts needed . People knew they would get money from the win
I wasn't spammed with anything.
I hadn't played PC in a while, and wanted to start again, not only for training, but for fun (And that AUR/Officer Salvage )

Top Men has hired ringers just the once, only against a major alliance, and only because we had four simultaneous fights and three teams online. I think we're doing pretty well fighting for ourselves. Right.... just that one... if you say so. Still hillarious that the ONE time, you hire a full 16 man team, emaning that not a single person of Douche Ex showed up to defend their own turf.
Hell even when I was on DBD we fielded at least A squad, and got ringers from within our alliance (to some BHD guys dismay), whats your excuse? Seriously I fail to grasp what goons sees in you as alliancemates, if anything it brings their credribility down a notch to be in a alliance who has to shelter under the "indie" flag so they dont get whats coming for 'em. |

Congrats MCoD, been wondering how possible this method is myself.
To the loser (and I do mean loser).
Cry all you want, there are no rules in New Eden except the ones you make and CAN enforce. If you want to limit yourself with some false code of honor, go right ahead.
Spend a few minutes to learn about the history of Eve and how ruthless and real it can get. Then remember it applies here too.
Last time I checked too, the whole point of this was to HIRE people to fight for you to take over planets. If they work for free, then hellz yeahz!
Just a 3rd parties 2 cents.

Heheh, Hello Ladies and Gents. 843-BANE here, director in Burgezz Elites. You may remember me from such epic battles such as 'MCOD vs New Eden's Most wanted' and 'MCOD vs New Eden's most wanted' 2.
To be honest, aside from all the witty banter and bullshit and butthurt and crying... is Dust 514 not about corporations hiring mercenaries to fight battles? We at MCOD are all impartial to the corp, that is including our directors, CEO and ringers. And by that I mean we are loyal to our own corporations first, for example Bob and I are loyal to Burgezz E.T.F. However, we are coming together, as friends and good partners in Dust to create something new in PC.
You all seem to have some unwritten rules, and pretense that the EVE universe is fair, that we should provide you a fair fight just because you don't have the muscle to defend against what we can bring. That's not how EVE works, in this universe you set a goal and you take it however the hell you want to get it.
If you're upset you lost well then, damn. That sucks. For you. We played the game as organised professionals and we won, it's unfortunate for you that you were our guinea pigs but sometimes it just happens. You fought bravely, and fought determined and that's admirable. But, do not slate our ringers or our corporation of 4 because of our methods. We have changed the game because it causes something new, it changes the colour of everything and gets people out of their seats to yell and scream at us! And that's where the fun begins.
You all play Dust. You should know how the game works. Don't hate us because we are doing something without playing by your unwritten rules, we fight OUR way.
Deal with it.

It seems the distinction of "indie" and "not indie" has completely since broken. I think indie was basically originally intended to refer to anyone not in EoN, CRONOS, or LoI.
Top Men isnt "indie" u belong to an alliance 187 insnt "indie" , they are an established corp
when we stated indie it was meant for basically the solo little guy corps not alliances and definitely not established corps. hope that clears it up. carry on. |

Haha, ok Skipper you're an exception
The main point was to not label these attacks as that of corporations or on their behalf, but to realise we act as individuals under a different banner :D |

You have your definition for it, and so do others. You didn't come up with the word " independent "
187. is an independent corp in my eyes. |
